Daniyal’s art practice extends to analog film photography, where he documents travel, fashion, and portraiture. With a background in architecture, combined with a passion for cinema, he has a flair for crafting images filled with drama - engaging the built environment and the human theater that unfolds within it. Architecture is an essential component in his practice - whether that be documenting its physical essence, or applying its principles to the construction of an image - where every element in a frame is an active participant, and the lines between the foreground and the background are blurred. The camera is his sketchbook, an instrument of documentation, of storytelling, and imagining.
